I can't recall what sparked my interest in this topic, but it is something that has caught my curiosity. Are the Slavs and Scandanavians related, whether by blood or by culture or any other form, in any way?
What are you looking for when you say related? Even if you ignore the fact that all humans are related by blood if you go back far enough, there's also the fact that the Scandinavian and Slavic cultures are both Indo-European, so the link is stronger than say the link between the Chinese and the Slavs.
