I am writing an essay regarding the historical basis in Herodotus and as part of it I am contrasting his accounts against other accounts we have available. Ctesias is someone who offers a different account on the rise of Cyrus and such so I would like to reference Ctesias in my essay but I am not entirely sure how to do it since it is referencing through the works of Nicolas of Damascus.
I am using Llewellyn-Jones and Robsons History of Persia with the fragment being between page 159-170. The heading at the top of the page is this:

Could someone please explain how I would reference this in-text such as (Hdt.1.50) and in my bibliography? Harvard style.Thank you for any help.

Your gut is right. If you knew the exact location of the fragment in Nicolaus, the full reference would be (Nic.Dam. [whatever, I can't tell from the above as I'm not familiar with the text] = FGrH 90F66). Fragmentary historians are still referred to by the catalog numbers in Jacoby's Fragmente der griechischen Historiker.
