Who is the most recent person to have a widely recognised title added to their name such as Alfred the Great or Suliman the Magnificent

I know this is probably not the right sub for this but its something that has been bugging me for a while and I can't find a definitive answer.

How about "The Queen Mother", aka "Elizabeth the Queen Mother"? Queen Elizabeth (1900-2002) was the wife of George VI, and the mother of Elizabeth II, retaining the title Queen as dowager. Since this left us with two queens sharing the same name, the suffix "Queen Mother" was invented to distinguish them. It will probably remain peculiar to this person, since it is very unusual to have to solve this problem.
