I would recommend checking out Leon Goldensohn's interview of Erich von dem Bach in Robert Gellately: The Nuremberg Interviews. Granted, it is from 1946 but Bach indeed discusses his role as commander of the troops fighting the uprising.

Another sources is Die Wehrmachtberichte 1939–1945 Band 3, 1. Januar 1944 bis 9. Mai 1945, Munich 1985 which contains several Wehrmacht reports on the suppression of the uprising.

You can also look at the Nuremberg Trial proceedings, Vol. 20 of the Blue Series where I recall that the Uprising is discussed. I would also recommend you check out the Red Series for potential documents relating to the Warsaw uprising and the Green Series volumes for the Einsatzgruppen (they might have some Dirlewanger stuff) and High Command trials.

I hope you'll be able to find something with these pointers, otherwise I can also point you to some record groups in the German Military Archive but that might not be your first choice.
