Aryans are blond-haired, blue-eyed people and Hitler had some pretty dark hair. Did he think he was just better, like he didn't really need to fulfill those standards?
Hitler didn't think he was what a perfect or "pure" aryan should look like. He did however believed in and encouraged the pseudo-science of "Rassenkunde" which concluded that there are also other features of a typical aryan than those which you already named. Those were for example the form of the skull or the arrangement of the facial structure. Meaning Hitler was "officially" an aryan, just not like one would necessarily think of one.
