Found an old photo while going through my late grandmother's things. The photo is not dated and we are unsure of its origin. Can someone tell me a little bit about the company pictured (branch, year, etc)? We are attempting to identify what family member may be included in the photo.

That's a unit yearbook photo. Based on this picture, it suggests that it's 1st Platoon, Echo Company, 4th Battalion, 3d TRB (I may be reading that somewhat incorrectly) out of Fort Leonard Wood, which has been a training base for about 75 years. Hopefully that gives you a start.
This picture is from Fort Leonard Wood and it is for an Army basic training brigade. /u/NetworkLlama is correct about the platoon, company battalion, and 3d Training brigade info. Comparing the sign to pictures here and judging by the cars this would have been from sometime in the early '60s.
