We often hear about allied soilders who fought of dozens of enemys alone, capturing many of them or getting whole battalions to surrender. But you never hear of german soilders accomplishing something similar. Was there no german soilder who ever did something like that or do we not know about this because the germans are the "bad" guy and we don't want them to stand in a good light?

There very well were, although like you said, their stories were generally harder to find. Maybe it's because we like to consider them as heroic tales, but it's hard to consider it heroic when you're accomplishment was for the bad guys. Or maybe such stories were lost to time, Germany's casualties became so high that the witnesses of these feats may not have survived to tell the tale.
The one that stands out most to me is that of Fritz Christen, an artilleryman of the SS-Totenkopf who survived after his entire AT Gun battery was killed off except for himself. He stood his ground in the emplacement without any food or supplies for 3 days. When troops from the SS-Totenkopf's counterattack reached his position, they were shocked to find that he was not only alive, he had destroyed 13 tanks and killed nearly a hundred men by himself.
There's a book called Infantry Aces of the Reich that covers a number of these individuals. The Germans had a medal system just like the Allies, so their stories are fairly well documented; there were a number of courageous infantrymen who went beyond the call of duty.
