I have searched everywhere for a good visual representation or explanation of the process of building a 18th century frigate or first rate warship, but can not find anything of substantial worth! Does anyone even know?
May I recommend borrowing a copy of the Oxford Encyclopedia of Maritime History? You can also check out any of the books by N.A.M. Rodger.
