Man at arms, or other typical English footsoldiers.
The difficulty with describing equipment in the Hundred Years War is that it lasted a Hundred Years!* Equipment changed. That said, I have answered similar questions before; these answers should be what you are looking for.
Note that 'Man At Arms' is a specific term for a fully armoured soldier. Though they were often not titled knights, they fought like knights.
