Remember that there was a war between Canada and the United States that helped defined borders in 1812. Are you referring to later?Like are you referring to Western US/Canada? Like the Alberta/Montana border? Further West like British Columbia/Washington? Or more central like Michigan/Ontario?

I know the borders weren't all drawn up at once and took a very long time to establish. But why wouldn't they take Canada too?
