No, Spengler's work is relevant insofar it's a primary source on the history of intellectual thought of the early 20th century. No historian seriously takes the "moralistic" approach that Spengler takes towards history. It is doubtful whether the Decline of the West would even be able to pass a serious peer review were it to be published today.
