Anyway. Hysterectomies and oophorectomies are major abdominal surgery, unlike castration, which is, relatively speaking here, extremely easy.

There is some interesting stuff on intersex women in Talmudic medicine I read about recently, I can go into that if you're interested. But otherwise that's all I got on female eunuchs, since they don't exist. :)
