So there are two possible ways to answer this without more information on your intentions.

1: Hitler never publicly stated that he wanted to kill the Jews. He would speak of removing them from German life or similar statements, but not of exterminating them. In fact, not only did he never publicly state such, there is no written record of him ever having privately stated such. Nevertheless, from the way that his regime worked, it is highly likely that a "Hitler Order" for the extermination of the Jews was given verbally but not recorded.

2: Hitler's earliest mention of the extermination of Jews comes from Mein Kampf in which he stated,

If at the beginning of the War and during the War twelve or fifteen thousand of these Hebrew corrupters of the people had been held under poison gas, as happened to hundreds of thousands of our very best German workers in the field, the sacrifice of millions at the front would not have been in vain. On the contrary: twelve thousand scoundrels eliminated in time might have saved the lives of a million real Germans, valuable for the future. This statement has been used by some to suggest that Hitler had, by the writing of Mein Kampf developed plans of some sort to gas the Jewish people in the future.

If this statement was too oblique to be accepted as a desire to exterminate the Jews as a whole, a portion of his speech from January 30, 1939 is notable. In it he stated,

If the international Jewish financiers in and outside Europe should succeed in plunging the nations once more into a world war, then the result will not be the Bolshevizing of the earth, and thus the victory of Jewry, but the annihilation of the Jewish race in Europe!

So we can see that there were no direct statements that he planned to institute policies of Jewish extermination, but there were hints of such policies...perhaps.
