Ex-London Mayor Ken Livingstone has recently come under fire for saying Hitler was a zionist and this has obviously angered a lot of people. Without getting into the politics of the issue, is there any truth to what he states as "historical fact" that in 1932, Hitler favoured a policy of forced deportation of the Jewish population to Isreal (although I think it was called British Palestine at the time?) ?
