The one with swastika is a wounded badge in silver. There where three classes; black, silver and gold depending on how often the wearer was wounded and/or how severe. Information and images are relatively easy to find once you know what you are looking for.
Not particularly rare since they were awarded quite a bit. I would not be able to tell you if it is real.
The eagle is from Iraq as used in the coat of arms between 1991 and 2008.
