Please can you suggest some books which helps me to understand the politics which goes behind running and implementing the various programs of these organizations.

Interested to learn, how they have been used as a tool to further the interests of some specific countries, and certain programs of theirs had a devastating impact on poor countries.

Preferably with actual case studies.
