To the left of the crown on the pillow (link to the portrait below), there is a small staff with two extended fingers at the end of it. What is this? I could not find it being named or searched anywhere online, but I know I have seen in multiple places.

That is the Main de Justice, a French royal sceptre that has an ivory Hand of God with the fingers extended as a blessing as its finial. It represents divine approval of the monarchy and the justice of God being in the hands of the king. The original was lost in the French Revolution (an original Medieval ivory Hand survives separately), but a recreation was made for Napoleon and is now on display in the Louvre.
