Did any of the USA's rivals ever use shortwave radio to broadcast anti-American propaganda inside the United States, similar to how America broadcast Radio Free Cuba? Are any still around?

A number of stations still broadcast Anti-American messages into the United States even today, while shortwave radio isn't as popular as it once was, it still is utilized.

Radio Havana Cuba from Cuba is transmitted daily to North America, it carries news, Cuban cultural programs and several editorials that carry an Anti-U.S message.

Another shortwave station called the Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran has a broadcast titled the "Voice of Justice" which is transmitted nightly to the U.S which carries very strong pieces of anti American rhetoric.

The Voice of Korea, North Korea's international shortwave station has multitudes of transmissions targeting the U.S, they are nonstop anti American propaganda.

Some other stations such as China Radio International, All India Radio and Radio Cairo (notorious for its broken transmitters, sending a distorted signal out) may be critical of the U.S at times, but don't really send an Anti-U.S message.

On the other hand, the U.S still has broadcasts of its own that may be considered pro-U.S propaganda. Radio Farda targets Iran on shortwave, Radio Free Europe targets Russia, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, Radio Marti targets Cuba, Radio Free Asia targets China, North Korea, Vietnam and Myanmar and "Hello Darfur Radio" targets Sudan and South Sudan. The U.S has never jammed any foreign broadcasts, but countries such as China, Vietnam and Cuba still aggressively jam U.S broadcasts.
