Kind of, in a very distant way. We can posit the existence of a father/sky god/head of the Indo-European pantheon through etymology. In all cases other than the nominative the name of Zeus is Di- (or in the vocative Zeu Pater), there is a vedic god called Dyaus Pitar and a Roman god called Dis Pater. This leads to a common ancestry for the word and the commonalities between the gods mentioned lead us to the belief that there was a proto indo-european sky god who heads the pantheon. However, we should not that the Proto indo-europeans left no material records, so we cannot conclusively prove his existence, we can only postulate it from languages that were later written down. There is plenty more involving fratricide, bulls sun gods in chariots gods versus serpents, new generations of god and so on, but I don't feel expert enough to answer in detail, so I will leave that to someone else.
