Distantly, but not by much. Both were members of the gens Licinia, a plebeian senatorial family. The gens Licinia was enormously large though--the New Pauly calls it "probably the most important Roman plebeian family"--and it had lots of different branches, the most important of which were the Licinii Crassi (and the Crassi Divites, the older sub-branch of the Crassi--not, therefore, the branch of the triumvir), the Licinii Luculli, and the Licinii Murenae. But the two politicians were no more related than any of the members of the equally bloated gens Claudia or gens Cornelia
