So recently I've been watching a lot of Westerns, and I notice many characters spinning their revolvers. I do not mean spinning the revolver as a trick, like seen by Johnny Ringo is Tombstone, I mean spinning the revolver as it is holstered. I'm sure it's not that loaded of a question but it sparked my interest. I know hollywood tends to put cliche's in their movies so I'm wondering if this actually happened.
