Need help understanding markings on french 75mm artillery gun shell. Photo inside.

"75 DE C" means the shell is for a "75 mm De Campagne", the ubiquitous Matériel de 75mm Mle 1897 Field Gun used in WWI and WWI by the French and US and a whole bunch of other countries.

"PD Ps" is the Parc d'Artillerie de Paris, the manufacturer

"1149 L 17" means Lot 1149, in the year 1917
