It appears to me to be either of Germanic or Spanish making, unfortunately, the helmet style is very similar between the two cultures depending on what time period you loon at. However, the style of the beard is less early Germanic than it is Spanish so if I had to guess I would say it is a Spanish soldier sometime before/during the early age of exploration.
