One piece on the company itself suggests that the Ames company's arms unit (at that time in very dire straits, and producing ornamental objects primarily--merged with Henderson in 1893 in fact) had only produced them in numbers during the war. I've never seen one dated as late as 1893, but if the dies still existed, you can't rule it out without seeing the records.

Fortunately, many of the records still seem to exist, though they are not online. They're held at the Connecticut Valley Historical Museum in Springfield, MA, under "collected business records." Those may have the production information you seek. The Archives of American Art does have a microfilm reel of documents from the bronze works, but I don't think that would include what you want. (Of course, a lot of the factory complex still stands in Chicopee too, and it's lovely but it's been converted into residences as far as I recall.)
