As far as websites go, I'm not really sure. In general it's a bit difficult to find websites whose content is consistent with current scholarship. If you're interested, I would be more than happy to recommend some books to you. Are you interesting in just swords and clothing, or Late Roman military equipment and Late Antique dress in general?
