Ha - finally one I can answer. I was doing some research on this subject very recently. The best I could find was from The Republic of Pirates by Colin Woodard as he describes the voyages of 3 sets of ships originally led by Sam Bellamy up the coast of the northeast. Their plans were to base from Damariscove (now called boothbay) off the coast of Maine and raid shipping around long island. Of the 3 sets of ships (the Whydah, the Marianne, and the sea flower and ann galley), the Sea Flower and Ann Galley got to damariscove and spent a little bit of time there - repairing their ships and plundering a few fishermen before taking the long trip back to the bahamas. The Marianne made it to Monhegan (another Maine island not far at all from Damariscove) and did likewise before also heading back to the bahamas. The Whydah never made it to Maine, it broke after running aground in a storm off Rhode Island. This all would have happened in May of 1717.
