Obviously they're not part of the master race and their cultures don't line up. What would have happened with non-Aryan allies like Japan after he won the war?
In 1941, the Axis powers mostly agreed to the partitioning of the world into spheres of influence along the 70* E meridian, with Germany and Italy in the West (dividing amongst themselves the areas for their lebensraum and spazio vitale, respectively) and Japan in the East. There were some disagreements, like Germany potentially wanting Russian land up to the Yenisei or Ob River and Japan potentially wanting parts of modern Pakistan and Afghanistan, but mainly they agreed to the separate zones of influence (at least in the Old World). Additionally, in 1936, with the signing of the anti-Comintern Pact between Germany and Japan, Hitler described the entire Japanese people as "honorary Aryans", which would help preclude potential issues after the war.
From this, it seems like the plan was for them to basically leave each other alone once the war ended. However, historians are split as to whether Germany wanted to just dominate Europe or dominate the whole world (see works of Moltman, Hillgruber, Thies, and Fischer). Italy seems to be more focused on its goal of recreating the Roman Empire and claiming Mare Nostrum.
Similar to Germany, there are conflicts as to whether Japan wanted to dominate its sphere of influence or the entire world. We can look to the secret government report An Investigation of Global Policy with the Yamato Race as Nucleus, which, while adopting lots of Nazi language and ideas and promoting Japanese preeminence in the East, never precluded the possibility of Japanese dominance of the entire world. Additionally, popular slogan "Hakko Ichiu" (eight cords, one roof) in Japan at the time supported the idea that Japan would bring the entire world under its control (it comes from Nihon Shoki where legendary first emperor of Japan Jimmu states, "I shall cover the eight directions and make them my abode"). Thus, while Japan agreed with Germany to its place in the East, it is possible that leadership would have eventually sought to dominate the whole world.
In all, officially, Germany made the Japanese honorary aryans and the Axis powers agreed to delimit their spheres of influence on about the 70* E meridian. However, it is possible that both Japan and Germany would end up seeking global dominance had the war ended in their favor.
As part of addressing this question, could someone please clear up the relations between Japan and Germany that lead to their alliance? Especially in terms of ideology.
