What were underground/crypto-Protestant religious services like in Catholic countries like Spain in the 16th century?

The title says it all.

I am particularly interested in the practice of crypto-protestants in Spain/Hapsburg Empire during the second half of the sixteenth century.

What were services like? Did they sing hymns? Did they discuss? Etc.

Are there any primary or secondary sources that deal with this?

On the other side of this, what were underground Catholic rituals like in England around this age? I had to do a report on Sgakespeare some time ago, and it intrigued me to learn that his parents may have been loosely associated with Guy Fawkes.
