It depends on your definition of war. Although more political in nature, you could consider The Troubles in Northern Ireland - these technically ended with the Belfast Agreement in 1998. You can read that here (pdf warning).

Since this is far more political than religious, it might not be an appropriate answer to your question. In any case, this falls under the twenty-year rule - dissident activities still occur from time to time, but I'll refrain from discussing that.
