I bought this letter from the first half of the 19th century. Sadly, I can hardly read the handwriting. Can you tell me who/where is it to/from? What is it about?
There are quite a few requests for this kind of thing in /r/calligraphy - they might be able to help you better over there, since they're more used to looking at hard to read penmanship, or they can at least point you to another sub that could.
