Is there a copy of Henry Kissinger's 377 page 1950 Harvard doctoral thesis "The Meaning of History: Reflections on Spengler, Toynbee, and Kant" floating around anywhere?

I keep seeing references to it (eg [here] (http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/09592299608405996?journalCode=fdps20)) but can't find it anywhere...I am moderating /r/EnoughKissingerSpam and trying to gather as much primary writings from him as I can. Thanks.

The Meaning of History was Kissinger's A.B. thesis. It was not published, but, like other Harvard honors theses, a microfilm copy is kept in the Harvard University Archives at Pusey Library at Harvard. His PhD thesis was Peace, Legitimacy and the Equilibrium; a study of the statesmanship of Castlereagh and Metternich. It is also kept at Harvard. As far as I know, it was not published as is, but his first book A World Restored: Metternich, Castlereagh and the Problems of Peace 1812-1822 expands on some of the themes in the thesis.
