You are thinking about this from the wrong angle. If it quacks like a duck and orders genocide like a duck...

But seriously, with the man who is responsible for a regime that executed the systematic murder of millions of people because they were Jewish, the approach would need to be that there would have to be evidence that Hitler thought different privately than he did politically. I mean, his actions do speak rather clearly and the proof that he was an anti-Semite is rather self-evident.

There simply is no shred of evidence that suggests that his private opinion in this matter was different than the opinion he espoused publicly. All his writings are rife with anti-Semitism, from Mein Kampf to the recorded table talks. Take this one example from the talks of October 21, 1941:

The Jew believed he could renew the experiment. Today asonce before, the object is to destroy nations by vitiating their racial integrity.It's not by chance that the Jews, in Russia, have systematically deported hundreds of thousands of men, delivering the women, whom the men were compelled to leave behind, to males imported from other regions. They practised on a vast scale the mixture of races.

This is what the man talked about at dinner.

When foreign minister Ribbentrop met with Hitler on September 14, he recorded that Hitler stated that now that the war with the Soviet Union was going on, he was going to realize what he had prophesized in 1939, namely:

if world Jewry launches another war in order to destroy the Aryan nations of Europe, it will not be the Aryan nations that will be destroyed, but the Jews.

A couple of days later the deportation of the German Jews to the East started.

In December 1941 he met with Himmler. In Himmler's duty dairy, he notes that they talked about the "Jewish question" and the conclusion was "Jews/shoot as Partisans".

I mean, in his testament in 1945 Hitler wrote: "Centuries will pass but from the ruins of our memorials and cities, the hatred for the people responsible will rise anew: International Jewry and its helpers!"

To reiterate, there isn't a shred of evidence that Hitler was being strategically deceptive in his anti-semitism. If anything, he toned it down strategically. All his writing, his talks, his thinking is permeated by anti-Semitism.
