Depends where you came from! Roman Britain was on the fringe of the empire, as such the Romans sort of just ruled over the English. There's been a change in the way historians think about the Roman Empire, it's not believed it was more of an exchange than a simple "everything English is gone, you are Romans now" so likely in Roman Britain the people living in small villages would still be see themselves as "English" (no sense of national identity yet, they would see them self as the member of the tribe or maybe region) but in the larger or new towns and cities they would have much more interface with Roman traders, administrators and soliders so would have been more what we could call "Romano British" life for villages was virtually unchanged by the Romans, all that changed was who they owed service to and tax.
