During all of my schooling the Aerican Revolutionary War is always taught from the perspective of those that supported the Revolution. I was wondering if any of you would be able to provide some interesting reads from the side of the Loyalists.
While it's not my particular area of expertise, I would recommend Liberty's Exiles: American Loyalists in the Revolutionary World by Maya Jasanoff. Its particular focus is what happened to Loyalists after the end of the war, but it's a nonetheless fascinating study of the Loyalist experience.
