Also, I don't think errāre hūmānum est means precisely what you think it does. It's the first of a two part phrase from Seneca the Younger, which translates as "to err is human, but to (hubristically) persist is diabolical". It's a little like the misunderstood 'jack of all trades, master of none' phrase, which continues as the more positive 'though often-times better than master of one".
