Are you trying to ask what percentage of the entire Earth the Third Reich controlled at its height? In that case, not much - it held most but by no means all of Europe and maybe the Western sixth of Russia. In other words, less territory than most of the principal combatants on the other side of the war - less than both the British and French colonial empires, less than the Soviet Union, and less than the United States.
