In this footage of the Battle of Berlin there are two flag carriers seen at 0:32. Did the Red Army actually have dedicated flag carriers in battles during WW2 or were these scenes directed by someone?

At 2:47, there's a clip of bombers dropping bombs. It sure looks like a B-17 to me. Did Soviets operate B-17s? If not, did US bombers bomb Berlin during the Battle of Berlin in support of Soviet ground forces? Or is that just a clip that likely doesn't belong in a video about the Battle of Berlin?

Two, what weapon did that soldier use at around :10? It looks like a rocket launcher, but I'm not sure.
