We have no idea, and no way of finding out. Our ability to reconstruct language that far back just doesn't exist. We don't have evidence of spoken language, and written language is only attested as far back as ~1500BCE, and we can't actually say what language or languages that was representing. We can only reconstruct possibilities. For Chinese/Sinitic, this is Old Chinese, but that only gets us to that point and, assuming the Oracle Bones (the written records) reflect the language spoken by the Yueshi culture, then maybe we can make that guess. We can then take that and look at what that would have come from, reconstructing Proto-SinoTibetan, but that's entirely speculative.

Adding to that, there were more languages that weren't written than were, and we simply can't say what the spread would have been in the Neolithic.

Out of curiosity, why are you asking about 10k BCE specifically? I see you have a few questions asking about this period. The answer is going to be pretty much the same anywhere.

tl;dr: 10,000BCE is just too far for there to be anything concrete we can say on the topic, either written or spoken.
