As my title says I would like to ask if someone could advice me very good source of informations about Ottoman Dynasty (websites, books, e-books and etc.).
I am really interested in Ottoman Dynasty history since a time of first Osman till today and how ended Ottoman Dynasty. I would be really happy if you guys could be able to refer me something.

If you want a book right now, Osman's Dream: The History of the Ottoman Empire by Caroline Finkel is decent. Not perfect, but a good introduction. I'd recommend it for someone who has very little knowledge of the Ottoman Empire and wants a book to begin learning.
If you don't mind waiting a few months, A History of the Ottoman Empire by Douglas Howard is scheduled to be published by the end of the year. I've heard good things about it. I have not read it myself yet so do take this recommendation with a grain of salt.
As sln92 says, Finkel's Osman's Dream (2005) is the best single-volume history of the empire available in English as of now.
