As per the title. Basically everything we know, not just the history of civilizations and the consequences of human actions. Starting from when we were cavemen, the tools we used... The first civilization to appear, the first flamethrower that was used, when paper was invented. How much do we know about everything that has ever happened, and how hard would it be to index (write it down) this?
I'm not sure I understand the question. "Everything we know" has already been written down - this is what books and libraries are.
I think the key here is 'map'. Something that is super simple and accessible that can show history. Kind of like the maps that show the rise and fall of a civilization graphically on a map over time. But for social,technical, and political history across all of time.
