The answer is going to vary depending on just who the person is and their place in society. We can garner some information form artwork and archaeological finds, however.

For example, the famous "Bocksten Man," a bog-body discovered just outside Varberg, Sweden and usually dated to the first half of the 14th century (although some hypotheses on his identity would put him in the 15th century), was found wearing a woolen tunic, hood, cloak, and hose, leather shoes, a leather belt, and carrying a small fabric pouch and two small knives (basically pen knives) in leather sheathes. And that was pretty much it.
