In terms of organization, without doubt. I would recommend that you go to this previous response where I compare the French an Austrian armies. However I feel that the user you mentioned doesn't have a strong appreciation of the adoption of tactics and organization that the allies did of French tactics and organization in the years leading up to 1813. Over time they would slowly change to be more French, something I allude to in the linked post.
