I looked up the names "Key Pittman" and "Pat McCarran" and found they were both US Senators (obviously). But John Koontz wasn't a name i was able to find. Basically, I'm asking if this as any historical value or if those names are prominent enough to be worth anything. Pat McCarran's signature is there in ink, so just curious. John Koontz was the long-term Nevada Secretary of State. He played an instrumental role in gathering up state and territorial documents to be organized into the precursor of the State Archives. The U.S. Senator from Nevada, speaking about another Nevada U.S. Senator, was providing Koontz with a copy of the speech as a courtesy.
I suspect - or hope - that what you have is a copy. The ethical thing to do would be to send this image to the Nevada State Archives to make certain they have a copy. It would have little value on any market (particularly if it is stolen)
