Maryland, and for a short while, the Carolinas (before they were split) had something like it, but both were really lords back in England/Britain owning North American land, and not North American residents being given noble titles.

The Dutch in New York had the most fully-fledged nobility system in the future U.S., which carried over after the English takeover.
