So, the question itself is problematic. The Bible is not a singular text of a singular genre. It is a collection of texts from various chronological horizons in a variety of genres. To speak of "historical inaccuracies" is to do a disservice to the biblical text writ large. Things like the exodus don't purport to be historical in the sense we mean in a post-Enligtenment, post-Herodotus world.

Instead, we should approach each text on its own, attempting to understand it within its own genre. In that way we can appreciate myth ad myth, history as history, poetry as poetry, etc. The patriarchs probably weren't real, but many Israelite kings definitely were.
