I was able to find quite an interesting short article on the subject published in War and Society 20 years ago through a quick Bing search.

It references the duc d'Alencon and the Bastard of Orleans, who both testified at her retrial that she was able to use gunpowder weapons very effectively in many of her sieges.

In the article, there is no direct report of French forces bombarding Orleans to great effect, but there is mention that both English and French forces deployed gunpowder weapons. Gunpowder seemed to play a more central role in the English defense. After the battle, the French were able to capture quite a number of pieces which were later used against the English in later sieges. Sieges where gunpowder appears to have been particularly effective for the French include Jargeau, St. Denis, and Senlis. In Jargeau, where the French forces bombarded the town for a whole 24 hours before assaulting, Historian Alfred H. Burne references the siege as 'one of the earliest recorded cases of "night firing."' Later they used this same tactic of overnight bombardment to take Meung, hitting English troops and guns emplaced on the Loire bridge.

There's plenty more, too. One of the other points of interest is that cannons played a role in one of Joan's famous prophecies. Give the article a look!
