Simple answer, it can't be done. That is a reddit-level site "feature" which is part of their anti-spam measures.

Longer answer, there are ways which it could be 'hacked', through CSS tricks or link flair. The problem there is that it would require either an incredible amount of manual work from the mods, or else very, very extensive automation. This is discussed more in this META thread.
