In light of Donald Trump's recent comments - and I do realize this is completely past the actual point - I'm actually really curious what he's referring to when he says that's it's great to not fall out of the bus like Gerald Ford. I tried googling, but all the results are referring to the recent video.
I don't want to speak for Trump, but he is presumably referencing this incident in 1975 where then-president Ford fell down the stairs exiting Air Force One.
