First being that the KKK were proclaimed protestants and hated Catholics whereas Nazi's were proclaimed Catholics, polar opposites religiously.

The KKK were originally democratic but the Nazi's were National Socialists which we know as a strange cross-breed of leftism and extreme right wing ideology.

Other than that and hating eachother -- They are somewhat similar.
