I have to write a history paper on a cultral project used as diplomacy during the Cold War, and I want it to be something involving racism. I know that the Soviet Union took advantage of the U.S.'s race relations during this time and touted their country as being more progressive, which I think is quite interesting...I just have no idea where to start. Any ideas?
